Using NutriHygiene
You're welcome to use this website, its calculators, its food database, and its diet plans for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape the site wholesale, misrepresent our content as yours, or use it to build a competing dataset.

NutriHygiene provides general nutrition education. It is not a medical service, and nothing here (numbers, plans, articles, or the app's AI assistant) is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our medical disclaimer for the full statement.
Accuracy
We work hard on our numbers and correct them openly when we find errors (see how we calculate), but food varies and estimates are estimates. We can't accept liability for decisions made on the basis of the information here.
The app
The NutriHygiene mobile app has its own app terms of use and app privacy policy. Subscriptions are processed by the app stores under their terms.

We may update these terms as the product grows; the date above always reflects the current version.
